World of Warcraft is one of the biggest MMO’s this decade as we can all agree, at least when it comes to sales. When it comes to this next piece of news not even World of Warcraft can compare. Blizzards latest most anticipated game Starcraft II is approaching its release and is getting some out of the ordinary advertising.
To anticipate advertise the upcoming release of the second Starcraft game, Korean Air has painted two of its Boeing 747 aircraft in Starcraft II livery.
The clever idea was unveiled at a big Starcraft media event in Korea eary yesterday, which also announced a sponsorship deal with the popular fast food chain Lotteria and revealing there will be single version of the game actually shipping with LAN support. The only bummer is that it’s a professional edition, and is for use in only televised professional competitions.
